What’s the difference between ProDesk Mini and EliteDesk Mini?

  • ProDesk Mini: Excellent for general office work, email, browsing, accounting, and light multitasking.

  • EliteDesk Mini: Built for heavier daily use, longer lifespan, and more demanding workloads.

Both are business-class systems — the EliteDesk is simply the higher tier.

Are these refurbished?

Yes. These are professionally refurbished business-class systems in Grade A / Excellent condition, fully tested and ready for daily use.

What does the setup include?

Your setup includes:

  • System updates and optimization

  • User account setup

  • Network and printer configuration

  • Basic software setup

  • Time to answer questions so you’re productive immediately

This is hands-on setup, not just a drop-off.

What does the 2-year warranty cover?

The warranty covers hardware failures under normal use for two years.
If something goes wrong, you contact us directly, not a manufacturer call center.

(Accidental damage and misuse are not covered.)
